Refund returns policy
Please read this policy carefully before ordering — it forms part of your purchase.
Changed your mind?
If you change your mind, you may request to return your item within 14 days of receiving it. To qualify:
- the item must be unused and in as-new, resaleable condition, with all original packaging, accessories and inserts;
- you must contact us first at breezelsleep@gmail.com with your order number and wait for approval — please do not send anything back before we confirm;
- you are responsible for the cost of return shipping;
- we strongly recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
Once we receive your return and confirm it is in original, resaleable condition, we will refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders already dispatched
We pack and ship orders quickly, often within 1–3 working days. If your order has already been dispatched when you contact us, it cannot be stopped in transit. Please wait to receive it and then follow the return steps above. Return shipping in this case remains the customer's responsibility.
Items we cannot accept back
For hygiene reasons, items such as the sleep/cooling mask cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are faulty. Items returned used, soiled, damaged by the customer, or without their original packaging may be refused, or refunded only in part to reflect the loss in value.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items — covered by our 30-Day Warranty
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, email us within 30 days at breezelsleep@gmail.com with a photo or short video of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, and we cover return shipping. This is the only situation in which we pay return costs.
Your legal rights (UK)
UK customers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy removes those rights — it simply explains how returns work in practice and who is responsible for return shipping and condition.
