Please read this policy before ordering — it forms part of your purchase.
Our promise
Every BreezeL is backed by our 30-Day Warranty against faults. We want you to sleep cooler, and if anything is wrong with your product, we will make it right.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items — we cover everything
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, email us at breezelsleep@gmail.com within 30 days with a photo or short video of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover any return shipping. This is the only situation in which we pay return costs.
Changed your mind?
If you simply change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- the item is unused and in as-new, resaleable condition, with all original packaging, accessories and inserts;
- you email us first with your order number and receive approval before sending anything back;
- you are responsible for the cost of return shipping (we recommend a tracked service, as items that do not reach us cannot be refunded).
Once we receive your return and confirm it is in original, resaleable condition, we will refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders already shipped
We pack and dispatch orders quickly, often within 1–3 business days. If your order has already shipped when you contact us, it cannot be stopped in transit. Please receive it and then follow the return steps above, at your own cost.
Final-sale and hygiene items
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used items such as the sleep/cooling mask cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Order delays
We aim to deliver within the timeframe shown on our Shipping page. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order within 30 days, we will contact you, and you may choose to cancel for a full refund.
Customers outside the United States
If you are ordering from the UK, EU, or another region, you may have additional return or cancellation rights under your local consumer law. Those rights still apply — simply contact us and we will help.
